just got photoshop cs3. excited to start masking some graphics and all that good stuff. i've been using elements till now so my capabilities have been rather limited when it comes to photoshop. anyways i'm almost done with my first semester of college. i'll be taking a class on adobe flash and a class on pc operating systems, hopefully i can afford the web design class as well. next year when i can hopefully qualify for the pell grant i'll be going to school full time. it's not much for now but it's sure as hell better than nothing. anyways just letting everyone know i'm not dead. come by and say hi every now and then. i'm probably as deathly bored as you are. take care

Went to college in MI, got a degree in Mathematics... no jobs.. looking at going back to college. All that "fun" stuff. Just being bored in Bozeman, working at the lamest of lame PetSmarts... and trying to improve my art.

What's been going on where you're at?

nothing much really. i joined a band after high school and got a taste for the lime light ya know so that's kinda my thing now but i'm on hiatus at the moment. i moved to atlanta for ~3 years after that band broke up and lived with my brother down there and ran into some bad luck last year so now i'm living with my parents and going to school (yeah, just started lol) here in west virginia. i could give you the long version but it's quite arduous.

either way don't feel bad for working at petsmart, i work at mcdonalds now, lol. we should be happy we *have* jobs at this point in time. what you thinking of going back to school for?

Yeah, I moved in with dad in Bozeman after college and hopefully I'll be getting outta here soon.

Ooo.. McD's, I know how that is. :) PetSmart is on the same level.. same kinda people you have to deal with. Yeah, it seems even the crappy jobs are hard to come by this year.

I'm not quite sure what I want to go back for.. I never really knew for sure the first time around and just so happened to land in Mathematics just to get out. Right now, I'm thinking that I'll go for Mechanical Engineering(what I originally started out in) and BioMedical Engineering and getting a minor in Product Design. Uh.. I'm not sure where that gets me in the end.. but I'm hoping I can get into something along the lines of pet product design... *shrugs*

Lol, I'm all for the waiting to goto college thing.. I think going right away is bull. You don't know what you want to do for the rest of your life when you're 17/18... hell.. I don't even know now. More time to figure it out before you start getting out massive loans.
